The molds we design and manufacture feature reasonable structure, innovative style and first-class quality. All molds produced in our factory guarantee one-time successful vacuum forming without the need for repair.
The main material of our molds is high-strength fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP). Its outstanding properties make it the preferred material for plastic molds. Excellent compressive strength and superior plasticity make it ideal for manufacturing various high-profile shaped molds, while greatly shortening the production cycle. Today, FRP molds have completely replaced traditional aluminum molds and become the mainstream for vacuum forming molds.
Our mold making process follows four key steps:
drawing design → plaster mold → transitional mold → production mold,
ensuring the accuracy of every detail of the mold. The molds we produce fully meet production process requirements, and we have become the designated mold supplier for many sanitary ware manufacturers.
